Data we process

GD processes the store, channel and performance data you connect, plus the creative it produces. It never sells data and uses it only to run your growth department.

Where it lives

Tenant data is stored in the EU (Paris), isolated per customer, with encryption keys scoped to each tenant. Support access is time-bound and audited.

One scoped exception: when you approve AI media generation (images or video), the generation prompt and the generated asset are processed by our media provider outside the EU — video in the United States, images on a globally routed endpoint — because no EU processing region exists for these models today. Your stored business data does not leave Paris for this; only the approved creative brief and its output transit the provider, and the finished assets are stored back in the EU. Every such run is visible in your audit trail and happens only after your explicit approval.
