Creator-brand projects use the Creator Brand Services Terms and Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy. Other creative and website engagements have their scope and commercial terms confirmed in their own written agreement.

GD's original site content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may browse and share links for a lawful purpose. Reusing content, code or creative commercially requires appropriate permission.

Items labelled design reference, format reference or illustrative concept are presented to discuss creative direction. They are not evidence of a GD client commission, endorsement or measured campaign result. Third-party materials remain the property of their rights holders.
